I am Nanaimo born and raised. I started plumbing and gas fitting as a child helping my dad and grandfather. I started my apprenticeship with Norms in 2007, while in high school. I worked in the summers and did half days between school and work to complete my apprenticeship and become a dual-ticketed journeyman in 2013. I love spending time with my wife Shannon, our daughter Gabriella and Boston Terrier Mabel. We enjoy all the island life has to offer from snowboarding, camping, hunting and beaches. I also love travelling the world and experiencing other cultures. My favourite thing about Norms is the family atmosphere and our attitude toward helping customers. Doing whatever it takes. During the pandemic, I spent a lot of time learning about heat pumps and clean energy. My specialty is my versatility. I look forward to solving the problems of our customers every day. We have a really great team and I love coming to work each day helping them learn and succeed.
